Isabel was born in Melbourne Australia. She has a father who is Australian while her mother is Swiss. Her family has lived in the Swiss, in Melbourne Jabiru (a small mining community within the Northern Territory), Cairns Australia and also in Switzerland, Jabiru. Along with Nina, her younger sister Nina she was a student at schools that included First Nations children as well as students from different countries. Isabel is currently living in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel was a performer in her school. She went on to study acting at The Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology and more recently studied The PEM Method Perdekamp Emotional Method. It was not until she auditioned for role until discovered by her agent back in 2002. She auditioned to be a character on Home and Away 1988. They weren't sure she was the right person for the job, however they were impressed by her performance and offered Tasha a new part. Her debut on television was for three years, and she received a Logie Award in the category of emerging talent. Isabel was moved her home to Los Angeles, California in the year 2008. Her breakthrough role came in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009. In the years since she has appeared in and been awarded in numerous US productions and Australian films. Isabel was recently as a character in Bosh & Rockit Ocean Boy, a movie that's fast becoming a standard in Australia. Also, she acted in the film due out in Lunacy. Isabel recently completed Sons of Summer, and she is currently in preproduction in the role of Marie Curie for Radiant. The award-winning Annika Glac is directing and writing the film. Isabel is a keen advocate for animal rights and has collaborated with a variety of environmental organisations. She has been a active PatronAmbassador at Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival HRAFF for the last 10 years up to 2020. She is known for her eco-conscious ethical interests and her commitment to social justice Isabel became the brand ambassador and face of several clothing and cosmetics brands.
